Drill by Adam Bazalgette

Watch on YouTube
Why this drill works
The light, one-handed grip makes it difficult to overpower the club with the arms, encouraging the body's natural motion and weight transfer to generate speed and flow.
How to do it
- 1
Hold the club down near the bottom of the grip with your lead hand.
- 2
Start without a ball and make a few practice swings.
- 3
Focus on the mental picture of flow to the target rather than aiming at the ball.
