Why this drill works

Thin shots are caused by the swing center (sternum/head) lifting up. This constraint drill forces you to rotate strictly around a steady axis.

How to do it

  1. 1

Setup with your forehead lightly touching a wall.

  2. 2

    Cross arms over chest.

  3. 3

Rotate back and through without your head leaving the wall.

  4. 4

Feel how the shoulders turn perpendicular to the spine.
